The Pillow Warehouse →
Not sure if anyone was really only reading me here on Tumblr, but just in case I realized I should probably post a notice here: I’ve unified my “tumble” and “regular” blogging into one stream over here. So this will be obsolete. Update your bookmarks, as they used to say, or your RSS subscriptions or what have you. Thanks!

Harper's Magazine →
So, after a few years of going without a subscription to Harper’s, I’m back with them again, thanks to a very kind Xmas gift from my Mom. The magazine is as fine a thing as ever, but seriously — the reason you want to get yourself a subscription right now is that the access to the archives you get on their web site is a-frackin-mazing! More of the internet should work so well.

Mosaik on Virb.com →
I’ve loved this guy’s music since I heard him via scene.org back in the late 90s. Now he’s back with some great new music and well-designed presence on the virb.

more self-promotion for me, more free listening for you. (I’m thinking it would be cool if I can pull the album together and release it on Leap Year Day, but I’m not sure I’ll make it in time.)

Fluid - Site Specific Browser for Mac →
Run any web app more like a desktop app. This is more powerful than I would have thought – I am now using Fluid browsers for Gmail and Backpack, and I love it. (For the non-Mac crowd, the Mozilla Labs has the very similar Prism project)
