So, after a few years of going without a subscription to Harper’s, I’m back with them again, thanks to a very kind Xmas gift from my Mom. The magazine is as fine a thing as ever, but seriously — the reason you want to get yourself a subscription right now is that the access to the archives you get on their web site is a-frackin-mazing! More of the internet should work so well.
